And today we are talking about a marriage on a mountaintop. Yes. What a great place to get married. The view I can only imagine. Well, it's not exactly the kind of mountain your thing. It's Mount Sinai, so it's a little, it's not the, I mean, it does have a lot of views, but it's a little hot, humid, and they just got out of leaving Egypt. So it's a little, it's not what you think for me. Hot and humid. Did ever tell you about the wedding I did in June one year? No. Hottest day of the year. I'm up there doing the wedding. Okay. And I'm reading off my iPad. And this wedding, they had foot washing, communion. They had all these elements in it. And they're washing each other's feet.

and my iPad overheats

right like I hadn't done the vows or anything

Oh no

So literally I have to I have to get my phone from somewhere

Open up the dock of my phone

Oh wow

And before I get to the vows it overheats And it it starts playing a song, and I can't turn it off. So I literally just threw my phone, and we had to wing it. Wow. We had to wing it, yeah. So speaking of hot, human, outdoor weddings. Listen, there's nothing that is more nerve-wracking for a preacher Then when your power goes down or something happens with your notes. Well, the good thing is, I pretty much have one wedding that I do. Okay. And so I kind of knew where I needed to go. But this one just had those extra elements that were throwing me off. Yeah, it took longer than or, yeah. We got married in December. Yeah, we did get married in. Now, it was December in Louisiana.

It's not really hot.

It wasn't exactly like cold, but, you know, it was really nice.

It's summer and then two weeks of winter.

I don't even know if you would call it winter.

Yeah, kind of, yeah.

Yeah, I think I've seen snow one time my entire life growing up.

Really?

You know, until 18.
