Welcome back. It's time for another season four bonus episode, and once again, it comes with a warning to please take care if you're sensitive to this kind of content. We are really going through it right now as I continue this spotlight on the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri, during an ongoing time of crisis in this community

and now rippling through the Greater Charismatic Church as well. This episode will include a story

of alleged grooming and both spiritual and sexual abuse related to the recently surfaced

allegations from numerous women against IHop's founding leader,

Mike Bickle. To date, he has not been charged with any crimes, and my attempts to reach him for

comment have been unsuccessful. And he's only really made this one singular public statement.

This was back in December 23, where he admitted to

some inappropriate behavior and past moral failures, but he denied the, quote, more intense

sexual activities that some are suggesting. I hope this episode is meaningful to you, and please stick around at the end for a very

special announcement.

In the mornings, I would be at my bus stop, which was my best friend's driveway.

And every once in a while, here would come his yellow Voteswagon rabbit through the morning mist to pick me up before school.

And he would surprise me. I had no idea he was coming.

And I would hop in the car and he would take me to school,

but not to the school property. He would park in a neighborhood across the street from the

school and talk to me some more and just be with me. And I remember there were times when I

would be a little bit anxious about this because he would cut it close to when that last bell was going to ring.

And as a firstborn, I couldn't possibly be late to class.
