Bible. My name is Alexa, and I'm here with my co-host, Beth. Hey, everyone. This week we have studied Malachi 3, 1 through 5 and Mark 11, 15 through 17.

And we have learned that God has come to his temple through Christ.

We now want to discuss how to practically apply all that we've learned this week.

Yeah, there are a few application takeaways for me.

Our study did a good job at reminding us of the judgment Jesus will one day bring upon sinners.

And that's something that we didn't touch on in connecting Malachi 3-1-5 and Mark 11, 15, 17 together.

While there is purification promise for God's people in Malachi 3-1-35, there's also

judgment promise for those who reject God. As believers, we live with gratitude because we know that

Jesus has taken on the judgment for our sins on the cross, but we also live with hope knowing

that Jesus is going to return to judge those who don't repent.

That truth is sobering, but it does remind us that all the evil we see in this world will be

dealt with one day. So that's comforting as we live on this side of eternity.

And in thinking about God coming to his temple and Jesus' fulfillment of that promise, I'm reminded

that Jesus is coming back to restore this broken world, and when he does, God is going to
