Hi, everyone. So this week we are going to be studying Jonah 117 in Matthew 1240. And we're going to learn that Jesus is the true and better Jonah, whose time and the grave connects with Jonah's

time and the belly of the fish. So we're going to start off our study today by talking about

Jonah 117. This verse reads, The Lord appointed a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah was in the

belly of the fish three days and three nights. Short and sweet. So, Alexa, will you tell us about your

So I don't have a whole lot to share, but the first thing I noticed was the phrase,

I think that shows us both God's power and providence.

So God and his great power is over all things, including this great fish, and he appointed
