Hi everyone. Welcome to a year in the Bible. I'm Beth, and this is my co-host, Alexa.

Hey friends, today we are wrapping up our

week by discussing how we can apply the two passages we have been studying this week, Ezekiel 36, 26,

through 27, at Romans 8, 1 through 4. So, Beth, how do you plan to practically apply all that we

have talked about to your daily life? So what we've learned this week is that God desires

to remove sin from our lives and from

the world.

And he has begun that process by sending his son to die for our sins.

And he has given us his spirit so that we can turn from our sin and walk in obedience.

Through Christ, he has removed our hard hearts and given us hearts that are hearts

of flesh that are living and flourishing.

But we know that this process has only just begun. Later in Romans 823, Paul says that we are

still awaiting our full redemption. And so in the meantime, we may still actually struggle with sin,

even though we know that one day it's going to be fully removed
