week we have discussed Isaiah 42, 6 and 7 and Isaiah 496. And we've learned about a promised

servant that God is going to send to restore his people and the nations. And so now we're going

to turn to the New Testament and annotate a connecting passage, which is John 812.

And this reads, Jesus spoke to them again. I am the light of the world.
