0:31.2	Hey everyone, welcome back to Year in the Bible. I'm Alexa, and I'm joined by my co-hosts for the week, Scott.

0:38.8	This week, we studied Proverbs 1-7 and Colossus 2, 2, 3, and we learned that true wisdom is found in Christ. So now we
0:45.7	want to take some more time to consider how this truth about Jesus impacts our everyday lives.
0:51.1	So, Scott, how do you plan on applying what we learned from these passages?
0:55.5	One of my big takeaways from this week, and I've said this already a few times already this
1:00.9	week, but the big takeaway is that things like wisdom and knowledge in the Bible have a moral
1:07.3	dimension to them. In other words, wisdom isn't just about what you know. It's about how
1:11.8	you live. Now, I love studying and teaching God's word. I have an insatiable desire to grow in my
1:19.9	knowledge of scripture. And I think that's great. But something I have to constantly be on the
1:26.0	watch for. And I think this week has reminded me of this is that I'm acting on what I'm learning.
1:32.7	Because if my knowledge is increasing, but my love for God and others isn't increasing with it, I've got a problem.
1:40.4	And I've kind of missed the point.
1:42.7	And I think these passages have also challenged me to give a second
