0:37.7	for the week, Emma. Hi, everyone. Today we are going to be making the Christ connection between
0:44.2	the two passages we studied this week, Job 1, verses 20 through 22, and Matthew 26 versus 36
0:51.2	through 46. So, Alexa, what do these two passages teach us about Christ?
0:57.4	Well, I mentioned the other day that Matthew 26, 36, 36 through 46 is one of my favorite
1:02.0	passages of scripture.
1:03.4	But I didn't say why.
1:04.7	I think Matthew 26, 36 through 46 is one of the clearest passages that shows us Jesus' humanity.
1:11.8	You mentioned that, Emma, I think yesterday.
1:14.3	You know, yesterday I pointed out that Jesus was deeply grieved, and that shows us the
1:19.5	emotions that Jesus was feeling.
1:22.1	His impending death was something that brought him great sorrow.
1:26.3	So thinking back to Job 1, we see Job experiencing
1:30.5	deep sorrow too. So the fact that we see Jesus, who is God in the flesh, also experiencing
