0:31.3	Hey friends, welcome back to another episode of a year in the Bible. My name is Beth and I'm here
0:35.8	with my co-host, Alexa. Hey Hey everyone. Today we are going to be
0:40.2	making the Christ connection between Exodus 4034 through 38 and John 1 10 through 14. So Alexa,
0:47.3	could you start off our conversation about that? Yeah, yesterday we talked about how John 1 10 through 14
0:53.4	and Exodus 40 34 through 38 speak to how God has dwelt with his people.
0:58.9	But what we didn't talk about is how Jesus took on flesh so that he could dwell with his people.
1:04.4	John 114 tells us that the Word became flesh.
1:08.3	The Word is Jesus Christ, who became human to be with us. The Son of God
1:13.9	fulfilled God's desire and plan to be present with his people. And what is so amazing is that
1:19.9	Jesus walked amongst people without any limitations. We saw in Exodus 40, 34 through 38 that
1:26.4	Moses couldn't enter into the tabernacle because of God's glory within it.
1:30.3	You know, there was a clear boundary because of sin.
1:33.2	But when Jesus took on flesh, he walked and talked with people and he touched people.
1:39.4	And so through Jesus, God was able to be truly with his people, which fulfills the words of Isaiah 714 of
1:46.6	the Virgin giving birth to a son. He will be named Emmanuel, which Matthew 1.23 tells us,
