0:49.7	there. It's a murky world and there's not a whole lot of great direction.
0:54.0	But now with everything in this global pandemic, things have just gotten a little bit more complex

1:02.0	Now the first thing I want to do with that is just validate what you're feeling about this.
1:06.0	You are absolutely justified in being frustrated about dating.
1:09.0	I want you to breathe, journal, write it down, talk to a close friend, talk to God, you have to punch a pillow,
1:16.2	scream for a second, go boxing, whatever you got to do, get the frustration out of your body, truly.
1:22.1	And then once you've done that that I want to empower you that
1:24.9	you do not have to be a victim to your mindset about dating I want to instead
1:30.3	encourage you to shift your mindset and start questioning your belief system.
1:35.0	Here's a deal, whatever you believe will end up manifesting in your life.
1:39.7	So if you believe that dating sucks, then friend, it is probably going to suck.
