World Champion South Africa out-muscled Wales at Twickenham in the first in the double-headed and one of the Barbas has joined.

To debrief on what was a really enjoyable Saturday of international rugby,

let's start with you first John.

Just a bit of a headache, but I'm okay okay it's honestly been one of the one if not the best

weeks of my rugby career I'm so grateful for the opportunity it's been amazing so feeling very grateful and blessed. What a great week.

John, we talked about the fact that you were going to re-evaluate if it went well,

how you've been approaching your life as a rugby player until this point.

As for a nice time until this week.

He got you got to ask questions and certainly the Ying Yang of life I've certainly lived like a bit of a monk for my whole career and this week I live like

Oliver Reed. Like I don't know who Oliver Reed is but I lived like I was on a stag do so I justified it to myself in terms in a way I was like we obviously

have the right to have a week like this to be invited

you've sort of got the credit in the bank to allow yourself to do what we did this week and hope

it all comes together. I'm not sure of it sustainable, but it certainly opened my eyes and maybe see a bit better

balance and matured my soul and I feel good for it. It's been amazing.
