Shortly after midnight, on April 25, 1990, three men traveling to Oklahoma City for business came upon a gruesome discovery.

They just exited the I-35 off-ramp that would lead them to the local motel 6 when one of the

men spotted a high-heel shoe lying in the middle of the road. A bit further up, they spotted

something else. A young woman lying face down in the gutter, her limbs twitching wildly as her

body convulsed. The men called 911 and first responders descended upon the scene.

The gravely injured woman was rushed to the hospital as the Oklahoma City Police Department began
