Sure. Thanks for having me back, Ashley. So my name is Angela Z. I run a gardenarian coven in Greenville, South Carolina.

I have been a gardenerian initiate for about 24 years,

and I've been running a coven for 19 of those years.

I'm also in the OTO.

I love baking. That's about it about me. And today we're talking about magical hygiene.

Yeah, so thanks so much for coming back. You might recognize Angela from the The Lima. I never

remember how to say it. The Lema. The Lema. Yes, that episode, which was fantastic.

I got a lot of really good comments about that one.

So yeah, so if you've listened to that episode, you may remember or recognize Angela, but if not, this is Angela, and this is the topic we're going to be talking about.

I was recently with her a couple weeks ago, and Angel, you gave this workshop talk on this topic of magical hygiene. And I remember sitting there taking all these notes and thinking to myself, man, this is such a good

topic, especially for people who are just starting out. And even people who are a little bit more

in advance in their craft of pointing out the obvious about things that they might not have

realized themselves

certain things.

So I'm really stoked that we're going to talk about this because all I can think about

is how I wanted to share this on the podcast because I think this was such a wealth of knowledge

and it was so refreshing to hear about.
