Welcome back to Girls Next Level podcast, everybody. We are back to talk about season four,

episode two, heavy lifting part two. We're back in the saddle. I wanted to start this episode out with plastic surgery confessions. Is there anything you want to get if you could get whatever you wanted? Is there anything you got that you feel like was totally ineffective or any regrets? anything plastic surgery related?

There are lots of things I've thought about.

I feel like every time I have something that I want to get done, I go in and they're like,

oh, we can't fix that.

And I'm like, how does everybody else can, like, change their entire appearance head to toe? To come out looking like a cyborg.

And I can't get like brown spot removed because it can't be done or like just a simple

skin tightening on my legs or something because it can't be done or like, you know what I mean?

Well, I feel like people could get rid of sunspots.

I think you're just not talking to the right person.

They act like it's almost impossible and that what you have to do is such a weird thing.

Like they have to cut out a piece of paper right around the dot and like put like a little laser thing on it.

And then like weird stuff.

And I'm like, what about like my other friend told me that she went and got a facial

where like it brought all of the brown spots to the surface, like coffee grounds and it just like

sluffed off.

And like, why can't I do that like on the sunspots on my legs and stuff?

Well, sunspots can totally be removed.

I've seen that happen to people.

I've also seen it kind of come back on people and you have to go a couple times.
