to talk to my guy. He's been globe trotting. He's been making things happen. And I've been sitting

here living through him. So this is why this is very important. My man, OC, he is back on

soil here. How do you feel, my brother? Where have you been? Give me everything you can.

Lee, I feel, I feel incredible. Legally speaking, I've been somewhere in Africa. I can't really,

can't really say exactly where I've been in Africa, but I was in Africa. I had an incredible time.

So some incredible things witness the development of something incredible. Can't really get into that,

but I think in the next couple of podcasts, I'm really gonna delve deep into exactly what happened.

But all I can say is this, Africa, Africa, Africa, a lot going on there right now. A lot of people can

say a lot of things. You look at Africa, you're all political unrest and poverty and all this nonsense.

Africa is where it's at. Africa is where it is at because at the bottom line at the end of the day,

we have the athletes. We have the athletes, Jay Bell. We absolutely do. Incredible.

Had a great time. I think every country has its issues when it comes to poverty,

civil unrest, things of that nature. Everybody is dealing with it, understanding where everybody's

coming from is key, but you are absolutely right. I think one thing I really appreciate about you

is you are always trying to find a way to give back wherever you have lived and all the people

that you associate with and you have always tried your best to find a way to give people

opportunities that you have. And that's that truly is how you behave and what you do. So I really
