Chit Chat. You know, we just recorded an episode, I don't know, two days ago, and I feel like

I've been to like 12 doctors appointments since then. You hired him. It's your week of the

appointment. You have, I, when you got on the screen, I complimented how bright and clean

your teeth look, right? Listen, I, I sprinted up the stairs, grabbed my microphone. I don't

think my headphones are on the right volume because I came, yes, from the dentist. You

know, I, okay, I'm going to ask you, I had my annual like OBGYN check this week, and I

had my teeth clean. I would much rather go to the OBGYN and do that than go to the dentist.

Oh, not me. That's because when I am at the OBGYN, I have never talked more. It's like

I go into, it's like, I'm trying to distract the doctor from realizing what he's looking

at. So I will start talking about any topic I can think of, but I'm talking like the

roadrunners running like that speed. I'm just like, try to keep his mind off of what's

happening. And then at the dentist, I, the last time I was there, I closed my eyes and I

didn't speak. I mean, you know, sometimes they're trying to ask you questions and you're

trying to communicate while they're cleaning your teeth. This, my, I guess it was a new

hygienist. I didn't know her. And so we didn't talk at all. And I just kept my eyes closed

and it was magical. I love my dentist in my hygienist. I think they're amazing, but it takes

so long. And you know, okay, okay, I was listening to Bethany Frankel's podcast and it was about

knowing the value of your time, right? And that's going to be different for everybody. But

once you really put a dollar, man, once you really figure out the value of your time,

it makes accepting, doing things, you know, you know, the value of your time. If I'm going

to do this, this is what I'm giving up, right? Because I know the value of my time. And
