Summary

Welcome to the And She Rises — The Eff Up — the podcast! We’re so happy you’re here. This one is for the mamas, smamas, mama figures, and anyone who needs a reminder that you get to have it all.

These three clips were taken from our newest course: Money Mama. This is a course for those of us who feel the pressure and understand why having all we want shouldn’t be possible… but know we meant to and get to, anyway.

It was created for the woman who is a boss, a mom, and a bad-a-b.

Money Mama and the NEW Money Mama VIP Mentorship add-on is open for enrollment now. Check out the details + feedback + payment options: https://amandafrances.com/money-mama/

Here we go…

Becoming the Money Mama: Three Riffs on Rejecting Toxic Mom Culture + Having it All:

1. You still get to decide who you are. Listen, I get it: It’s easy to fall into a pattern of self-neglect when you’re prioritizing the needs of other human beings. There’s a bigger demand on your time, your emotions and your resources, so of course, that’s going to change us forever. But in every moment from now until forever, we always have a choice of who we will be, how we will show up, and what we are and aren’t available for. Goodbye, toxic mom culture.

2. You get to change what you want to change. We are good enough because we are, always. And any improvements we want to make to ourselves can come from the place of I am enough. I am enough, and I get to change things. I am enough, and I get to shift things. I am enough, and I get to create whatever I want. Not, I have to do something to fix myself, to be worthy to others, or to be acceptable in the world.

3. You get to have what you want… always. We get to have what we want. We just have to get clear on what we want. Ask yourself: If you couldn't f*ck it up, if it would work out, no matter what, if no one would be mad at you, if there were no negative repercussions, if it would all just go perfectly, then what would you want? What would you allow yourself to admit to yourself that you want?

On the path of doing what we want, there can be steps. But just knowing that we want it, and knowing it’s where we're going, and holding the vision for it, realigns our path to get us there.

Okay, my loves!

I cannot wait to see you in Money Mama and the VIP Mentorship.

Let the enrollment page answer all your Qs, and if you need us please reach out: [email protected] or DM me. :)

All the love,
