0:42.7	And we had so many of you looking at it virtually.

1:04.9	the whole thing and did the questions. How did it feel? No, it felt great. I really worked on using all of the tools to not be nervous, to not
1:14.3	read it as a negative experience because anxiety and excitement are read by the body the same way.
