Okay, Nicky, I've got a confession to me.

Well, actually, it's less of a confession, more of an apology,

because last week was obviously a first part without Garth was a

Wales Euro to Talli, duty. We had Tyg Burns and we're talking about being a

lion for the first time. We chatted to Rob how were Le Lee about coming back to Wales for the first time?

Yet the first comments, the first message I received after that pod.

I actually received a couple of messages messages one from my dad and one from

a youthon who is an avid scum five listener got in touch on Instagram and both said you

forgot to thank the producer and last week of all weeks we had to reschedule almost every interview.
