question. Ashley, how did you become a runner? Okay, so my name is

Ashley Eckerman. I am going to maximize the mind mental performance coaching in Houston, Texas,

and I've had a sports like practice for several years, and I grew up a competitive swimmer,

and I had never run more than the dreaded, like, dry land

conditioning of like, oh, my God, I have to run a mile. And I'm water-based or most comfortable,

I guess I should say, in the water. And I had a friend that had had a couple kids. And I didn't run, run.
