I have always had an innate desire to control things, people, situations... am I alone? When I am unable to do so, sometimes my body clocks the danger. 0:49.0	speaking to you, I'm having an interesting experience. And when I do have TMS move through my own body, as you guys know, I often take the opportunity to share it with you because I do think that the lessons I learn by sitting quietly with myself, my own body, are some of my most powerful
1:18.4	lessons and I want to make sure that I hand you all my most powerful lessons.
1:28.0	So let's talk about good thing, bad thing, who knows?
1:36.6	It's an old parable.
1:38.8	I've probably spoken about it somewhere either on this pod or in a lecture you may have heard that I've done
1:46.3	or if you've come to one of my live events.
1:51.6	But I'm going to say it here for the purposes of what I want to talk about today,
1:56.6	in terms of real boots on the ground physical symptoms.
2:02.5	So the parable goes like this.
2:06.1	There's a man who lives in a small village and he saves up his money for a long,
2:10.2	long time and he buys a horse.
2:12.9	And in this village, having a horse is a sign of great wealth.
2:18.2	And so on the day he brings the horse home and puts it in a paddock in his backyard,
