on Chapter 16, answering the question, do you have to be baptized to be saved?

Mark 1616 reads, whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. So what's the deal?

Are we saved by faith alone, or do we need to do something? And I want you to think about a wedding ring.

The ring tells everyone that you've made a commitment, but the ring isn't what actually makes you

married. What makes you married is the commitment, the covenant

you've made in your heart before God and to another person. And when my cousin got married,

I don't even think to this day, I don't think she knows this happened, but there was a moment on

her wedding day where we couldn't find the rings. And we were all pretty panicked and trying to look all around the

bride's room without her noticing that we were all looking for something because she didn't know
