Today, we're diving into numbers 1 through 3, and in this episode, we'll be exploring some of the fundamental building blocks that will help us better understand and hopefully enjoy our study of the book of numbers.

So to get us started, I want you to actually think about fitness tests. Yes, you heard me right. A fitness test.

You know, it might seem random, but hang with me. Whether it's a fitness test in grade

school, the NFL combine, or the CrossFit games, what truly matters in any assessment is meeting

the required standards. In other words, your movements must align with specific parameters for

them to count. So think about pull-ups, for example. If your chin

doesn't go all the way over the bar, that rep doesn't count. And the same goes for push-ups.

If you don't go all the way down, it simply won't count. And beyond the exercises themselves,

just getting into these competitions requires following specific procedures. You need the right

uniform, equipment, you've got to show up at the right time, and sometimes you must qualify
