Good morning and welcome to Pints with Jack, a podcast where two enthusiastic CS-Lewish amateurs get together, share a beverage and discuss a work of C.S. Louis.

This season we're reading Too We Have Faces.

However, today is a little different. Today we have To We Have Faces expert, Andrew Lazo, back on the show.

As you'll recall, we had Andrew come on the show during our first episode of this season to prepare us

for reading Till We Have Faces. And we'll be having him on again at the

end of part two, but we're having him on now to just help us unpack everything that's happened

in part one. And for those of you who are just joining our podcast, and for those of you who

don't remember, Andrew Lazzo is an internationally known speaker and writer

specialising in C.S. Lewis and The Inklings. He's published a book, Mere Christians,

where 50 different Christians share the stories of how Lewis shaped the course of their spiritual journeys.

He's married to Kristen, who is an author and speaker in her own right, and he is a former teacher,

but now studying at Virginia's Theological Seminary and preparing for ordination in the Episcopal Church.

And pertinent to this discussion, he's also working on a long-awaited study of Till We Have Faces.

But in the absence of a completed manuscript, we're getting him on the show to explain everything that we've read thus far.
