everyone. Stacey here. And back in season two, we covered the extremely tumultuous relationship

between Mexican artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. It is Dear Frida, who has been in the news.

On Thursday, November 20th,

Frida's 1940 painting El Sueno La Cama, the Dream, The Bed, sold at a Sotheby's auction for

$54.7 million, making it the most expensive artwork by a woman to ever hit the auction block.

Congratulations for Rita. I do love our trashy divorces alums, coming back in for actually a valid, great reason.

Frida Kahlo, icon and legend, whose popularity is only growing day by day more than 70 years after she left

the world, her remarkable collection of paintings. This story first aired all the way back in 2019,
