Hello everybody and a very warm welcome to The Good, The Bad and The Rugby.

As you know, we normally like to take a gentle canter around the course a bit of a sit

down for an hour or so, but things are moving so quickly in the wacky and wild and wonderful

world of Rugby Union that this week we have got a couple of GBR breakdowns for you getting

into the stories that are breaking all around us in the here and now.

So first up we're going to deal with Wales and then tomorrow we're going to have a little

look at wherever England may net out off the back of Eddie Jones intensive debrief on

Monday with the anonymous panel.

However, today it's been all around events in Cardiff and who better to turn to than a

man who was the staple for Warren Gatland as well as turn back to Gatland.
