Ellison, I'm very aware of each other's mental health.

Ellison knows when I am not to be approached and I know when he's tired or hungry.

So Ellison, today how's your shame?

Pretty good actually, I visited my dad yesterday.

Oh, how's he doing, man?

He's alright and I don't get to see him enough and I feel very bad about that because he's

in a care home in West Wales and obviously I'm busy with the children with work.

But happily I'm going to get to see, I'm working with him next week and I sort of slot

as up and up so I'm going to see him on Tuesday as well.

And I showed him a lot of rugby clips and it was a real demonstration of how an interest

that you have had since childhood can really sustain you into old age because I found

lots of rugby clips from the 80s, so which was a 70s and 80s was really was this sort

of period he was most into rugby, as a period he likes the best.
