From the Jill Schwartz Memorial Library, Hugh and Saltree, Savannah, Georgia, this is

obscure season three, weathering heights, I am your host, your friend, your lover, your

literary manspinner, and chief and georgionologist, Michael Ian Black, southern gentleman, Esquah,

reporting from the front lines of my ongoing war against my own mental deterioration and

it's not going well.

The mental deterioration has launched a counteroffensive to my last week's offensive and so

far the results aren't very promising.

Yeah, I meant to record yesterday but just could not summon the energy or enthusiasm.

I now have, I wouldn't say I have no appetite.

That's not exactly true because I'm, I get hungry but I don't want to eat anything.

That is like nothing sounds good.

Once I'm eating it, nothing tastes particularly good.

I don't think it's COVID.

I haven't lost my sense of smell.

I haven't lost my sense of taste.

It just, you know, just doesn't do anything for me, you know, which isn't the worst thing

in the world right now but I understand that loss of appetite is one of the classic symptoms.

The desire stayed in bed all day, one of the classic symptoms.

It's like I'm just ticking all the boxes and it's been great.

Guys, it's been great.
