I am supine here in the Jill Schwartz Memorial Library because I am having back pain easily

traceable, by the way, to a thwarted deadlift attempt I've been going to the gym and our

good friend Steve Huff made a post just the other day saying he was, he was at the

gym and watching some kid whose form was all wrong and he's going to pop his spine

right out of his back and I thought my goodness was Steve at my gym watching me because

apparently that's what I did.

I've been in some physical duress for the last week as a result of this.

Every time I'm reminded of how my back hurts or perhaps I forget for a moment that my

back hurts, I'm reminded that my elbow hurts and that I also can't see and my hearing

is failing.

So age has snuck up on me with some rapidity, you know, it just seems like, oh, that's

what happens.

You get older and everything starts to fall apart.

Nothing terminal at this point, I don't think, but everything annoying.

That's just what happens.

These aches in these pains and there's just an accumulation of physical ailments and

woes.

Very hard to wrap your head around, you're on mortality, I don't care for it, I don't
