It looks written by a Sharpie, but it's actually the lettering from his USC short foam that he made back in the day. Are you serious? Oh, my gosh. It's one of my favorites, but I am not just wearing the shirt. I got to work today in Hollywood at about 12.

And then I had to remind, I reminded myself, oh, that's right.

So I did a walk before my class and it took me 30 minutes each way to walk there because

that's how far it was outside the Roosevelt.

And when I got there, they had finished the ceremony. But I got to see John Carpenter's star on the Walk of Fame with my eye. There was still a barrier so I can get a good photo. So Kurt Russell was there. Did you see him? No, everyone was gone by the time I got there. Oh, okay. I was going to say because Turrick was there as well. There's a whole bunch of fancy people. We're that dedicated. And the king of horror. So very happy for him because he's always that great quote of his when I was a kid where he says, you know, in France, I'm anuteur, and somewhere I'm this,

and in America, in Hollywood, I'm a bum, was his famous quote, because he just wasn't really respected as a filmmaker in the same way. Obviously, that changed in the last 20 years, but in his actual prime, he wasn't, he didn't get quite the, not the love he certainly deserves. So anyway, that was super cool. So now him and I pass the Romero one often,

We're recording this on Thursday night. My internet went out on Saturday. I called Spectrum on Sunday morning and they said, oh, there's an outage in your area. Don't worry. It'll be back by Sunday night. Sunday night, nothing happens. Call back. There's an outage still in your area. It'll be back by Monday. Call Monday. Then they're like, okay, yeah, there's something wrong with your internet. They come Tuesday, aren't able to fix it. And then they have to come back on Wednesday day with the actual parts to fix it. So I was without internet for five fucking days. Now,

Now, I thought that it would just be my kids. And I will say, my kids were going insane.

It just proved to me kind of how reliant we are on things.

It was so, like, instinctively, my son came home every day and started trying to play Roblox. And then immediately would have this like, mom, the internet's out. Mom, the internet's out. And it was like, crisis. And then to be like, yeah, bud, they still couldn't get it fixed. And then it was like, like they didn't know what to do. Like, and I kept saying, well, we can like play with the toys that you have. Wait, but we're not watching anything in the background while we play with said toys.

It was like the weirdest thing.
