and it's totally see the suspect in the picture. The Oh, Lauren Herzog and Wesley Sherman time were arrested on March 23rd, 1999 and charged with the

kidnapping and murder of

murder. On May 16, 2001,

by the defendant,

Sherman Tyne was found guilty and was sentenced to death.

He continued to plead his innocence, blaming everything on Herzog.

Please note, there are many similarities between-Tine and Herzog's trials.

So we will not be repeating evidence that you heard in the previous episode.

On July 31st, 2001, jury selection began in Herzog's murder trial.

Herzog's trial was also held in Santa Clara County due to the notoriety of the pair and concerns that it would not be a fair trial otherwise.
