Like my workout was trash. My output was trash because I have no energy in the morning. Like I legit couldn't move my legs any faster.

I was like 50 kgs less like the same output I did the first day that I got the bike. I'm like regressing. So I need to stop working out in the morning.

Why it's not worth it to work out in the morning, not that I work out ever. But it's like quarantine days are so long.
