But anyway, I am just, I'm in a really great creative space in terms of mentally in addition to physically and I'm excited to come here and just hang out with you guys a little bit today and talk about the concept

of what does it really mean to be self-compassionate?

What does it really mean to practice the third facet of my work, which is

patience and kindness for yourself?

And it's something that I really know that we need to talk about in detail because it's so easy

for self-compassion to seem really light or really unimportant. Like of course you know like you have to be nice to yourself

duh of course you know but it's actually almost a scientific necessity.
