I have such a complicated relationship with Valentine's Day.

I think it's super cheesy and sort of a holiday created to sell candy and cards,

but then it's really hard for me to deny a holiday

that celebrates love and encourages us

Lately, well I mean it's always on my mind how to best and most powerfully share this message,

but lately I've been really thinking deeply about the concept of mindset and safety and confidence in knowing that you're okay and subjects like that that I think are really important and I want to remind myself that they are just as if not more important actually than the tool of journal speak journal speak is crucial

crucial but what's most important in terms of your healing and in terms of really allowing symptoms to fall away quickly is the concept of safety and mindset because without it you really are just salmon spawning upstream and so I want to talk a little bit about that today.
