And it actually is Tuesday this time.

Imagine that. Today's episode is brought to you

at the request of one of my patrons. One of the benefits that Patreon subscribers get at the

super freak level is the option to choose an episode topic. And patron Michael Scott asked that I

cover a case from his hometown of Charlotte,

which is also the home of our Festival of Oddities.

Which, again, thank you so much to everyone that came out for the festival.

It was a beautiful day, huge turnout, such a good time.

But then, of course, I went home and I freaked out about

the event becoming a COVID hotspot for like two weeks, even though, you know, we were as

careful as we could be for an event that large. But it has now officially been over two weeks. Nobody's reported getting sick.

The health department hasn't come kicking down my door, so I think that we're in the clear.

So now, a full two weeks later, I get to actually enjoy what a success the festival was.

And that's weird, isn't it? Kind of like living life two
