So for the last couple of weeks I've been on break.

I've actually taken a few minutes away from work.

Not really because I've been working day and night on preparing the final manuscript of my book

to submit it to my publisher, so I've been really in it in terms of TMS and thinking about the brain science and thinking about all of your stories and we'll talk more about that.

But I've taken a minute from all the emails and just sort of really being in the day to day of it because it's so important. It's so important. I hope you have done the same for yourself in some small way to

pause and to give yourself a little bit of a break sometimes. I am terrible at this and

I know how hard it is is especially if you have children. So as your parent there is no real break. I mean I've been

parenting hardcore the last two weeks. Kids home from college, some travel, you know the drill. But trying to take a

breather and get some perspective. And anyway, I'm a big fan of that.

I'm a big fan of making sure you take care of yourself.
