It is spooky weather.

It's spooky to try to drive in pitch black surfaces in this town. People just aren't used to

driving the rain in L.A. because we have 75 degrees weather for the entire year. The entire year.

And then it rains like two days and the world ends. I've tried to explain this to people on the

East Coast because they make fun of it because I'm like, oh, I don't, I've tried to explain this to people on the East Coast because

they make fun of it because I'm like, oh, I don't, I got to add an extra hour to my commute. It's raining. Yeah, and you get flash flood warnings on your phone. I'm driving home. It says, do not drive home right now. Stop your car. Flash flood. And I'm like, it's hardly sprinkling. I swear to God, like I'm driving going wait a minute there's hardly like any water hitting me and I'm getting a flash flood warning. So I don't know. You know, I used to make fun of that until there was one night we had gotten all these flash flood warnings. And this is back when I lived in North Hollywood and I was driving from North Hollywood to the Burbank Target. And I had gotten all these flash flood warnings and I was like like, it's fucking L.A. It's been raining for 10 minutes. It's not going to flash flood. And I drive through this puddle on, oh gosh, what Empire Street right there on the way from North Hollywood to Burbank. And I hydroplained for easily 20 yards. That's scary. Like it was standing water on the road. And it's just LA's not equipped for this shit. Like the roads are not built for heavy rain to fall. And so it just sits there and you can't see it. So I get it now. And it's election day. It's like a double whammy. Oh my God. The world's falling apart. There's voting. There's rain. What other chaos,

I think we should hide from reality and delve into horror to escape all our real fears.
