If you're under quarantine, that means that you have had coronavirus or been in direct contact

with somebody. And for that reason, you need to stay isolated for 14 days. And that's where like,

you can't go to the store, you can't walk your dog, you can't stay in your own house.

You can't isolate it because isolated is different. You can't leave your house. Like you have to be

in your house and somebody has to bring you groceries, etc. That's quarantined. That's if you've

had the disease or direct contact with the disease. Social distancing is what everybody is doing.

That's where you're at least six feet away. If you go to the grocery store, you sanitize your

car, all that stuff, go to the grocery store as little as possible, all that. That's social

distancing. And then the other one is lockdown and shelter in place. Those are interchangeable.
