So in November of 1989, Tom, Julie, and Sean Grissom were brutally murdered in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Less than a year later, in late August of 1990,

five college students, Sonia Larson,

Christy Powell, Krista Hoyt, Manny Tabato,

and Tracy Paulas were murdered in Gainesville Florida by a serial

killer nicknamed the Gainesville Ripper. Months after these horrific murders a

woman contacted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement with a chilling

suspicion.
