Welcome back to this week's off-the-bench podcast from the Premier League.

And I'm As for Mepfield Black Box. As this is the week I was scared of. I've got to be honest,

I was terrified heading into this one. It's the week where all those around me, including you,

had a chip active. And I was sat there with just my 11 thinking, oh gosh, these triple capters, these bench boosters, these assistant managers,

they are going to hurt me. We still have a fixture to go, obviously, the double game week fixture between Newcast and Crystal Palace. But you have your bench boost chip active. How is it

going? Yeah. I mean, that's going to be me next week, because I'm not going to

have a chip active for that week. And I think everyone else is. So I feel your pain already. It's not

fun. It's not. I can imagine. That was going all right. It's going all right so far. I mean,

20 points on the bench. I mean, set it up, you know, try and set

the bench up like I genuinely would in a game week. So it's at 20 points, which that's basically

what I aim for. I think if you get between 15 and 20 points, you probably had a fairly decent score

with the two. I've seen some horror scores out there, you know, some people were like less than

five, for example. I'd be really disappointed with that.

But, yeah, 20 points.

And that was mostly from Marmouche and Bradley.

Bradley, I wouldn't have bought in.

I don't think if I wasn't bench boosting because my defence looked all right.

So, yeah, I'm pretty happy.

It's another good week.
