My name is Ted Bradford. I live in Washington State. I was wrongly convicted in 1996.

I spent 10 years in prison, continued to fight my case, and was finally granted a retrial in 2008.

And the retrial was granted based on new DNA evidence that wasn't available at the time of the first trial in 1996.

So the state of Washington granted my rights to a new trial.

The state actually then decided to retry me on the same charges

from 1996. And after a two-week trial, I was finally acquitted on all charges and exonerated.

My exoneration happened in 2010.
