Summary

46 year old Elias Diaz was arrested on Sunday, December 17th after three people were attacked by a man with a large knife on Pennypack Trail in Philadelphia. Now police are saying that DNA from Diaz has tied him to more than one unsolved crime that has haunted the local community for decades.
