Thank you for returning for yet another creepy episode.

I have an awesome show lined up for you this evening,

an episode filled with several ghostly tales from around the country.

So turn out the lights, turn up the volume, and let's get at it.

Music When I was a kid, I fell pretty hard for the paranormal.

It all started with a time life book that my grandparents ordered off of an infomercial in the mid-80s. Now, I cannot remember the title of the book,

but I do recall that it was filled with countless ghost stories. True ghost stories. Anything from

the Brown Lady of Rainham Hall to the ghost of the infamous Queen Mary.

My grandparents lived close by, so I'd spend countless hours reading through the entries

and more importantly, studying each picture as closely as humanly possible.

This book was a gateway drug for me.

I quickly graduated to Daniel Cohen books and even convinced my grandparents to buy the

complete time-life paranormal series.

That's where my love of cryptids, UFOs, and other unexplained events blossomed.

But it all started with that book.

Tonight I want to revisit the subject of that book, the one that really got me interested in all this.

Hauntings.
