I'm about to go on a run and do some exercise,

which I feel relatively positive about.

My crossfit gym's recently opened, yeah, I'm a crossfit person.

I'm sorry if this is the first time you've

realized this. I hope it doesn't mean that you like me less. I just really enjoy it, but I went

to my crossfit gym this week and I felt amazing afterwards, but my whole body does sort of ache now because I haven't really

exercised properly for quite a few months.

But that's exactly where I am, you know what I'm like.

I like to tell you exactly what I'm doing. It's 914 on

Sunday morning. I'm in my tiny little cupboard office and I'm very excited to

share another episode with you. I've just listened back to this week's episode that I'm about to

release and I think it's a really good one. It's really brilliant. Such an interesting conversation.

I think Sean Faye is brilliant and I absolutely loved chatting to her.
