scenarios that feel incredibly anxiety-provoking for us and where they're experiencing those really

uncomfortable feelings of anxiety, how to respond, how to think about things and reframe things,

great TV show called Under the Banner of Heaven. Have you heard about this? It's like a true crime,

1:28.6

Mormon, murder, mystery, like kind of amazing show, super talented actors. But here's what got me

thinking, because it's a story of faith as well, of a community of faith, and you can disagree or

1:40.8

agree, but you see some beautiful moments of just a family's coming together and having faith.

And part of faith, whether it's a religious faith, a spiritual faith, a social faith, and our

social obligations do each other, one thing that's always been a part of faith is that we know that

life has suffering in it. We know that life is really hard, and that sometimes we're tested,
