We've been extremely fortunate to speak with so many brave stalking survivors over the past four years.

Shelley Palmer is one of those survivors.

After breaking up with her ex-boyfriend, he started terrorizing her, breaking into her flat, driving past her, she left for work,

bugging her phone so he could read her text messages, and listening to her phone calls.

He was arrested, but after he was released, he began stalking her all over again.

I came back from work and I noticed on the decorative pillow all this makeup, and I think that's strange.

And as I got into bed and I unfolded the duvet, the makeup was everywhere on the duvet.

And then I was, you know, actually panicked at this point, I've just stripped the bed off and there's a big v-sign drawn in my mattress.

On today's episode of strictlystocking, we're speaking with Shelley, who's being stalked by her ex-boyfriend.

After Shelley broke up with her boyfriend, he used an extra set of keys to enter her flat when she wasn't home to place things around that would remind her of him.

He would also leave lights on, eat her food, move things around in the cupboards and steal her mail.

Shelley began seeing her ex-boyfriend on a daily basis going the opposite way in the road she took to work.

When she changed her phone number, she found out he had linked her phone to his car and was listening to her phone calls and checking her messages.

Shelley changed the locks on her flat but he continued to break in.

She found a dress that she had worn on a date laid out on her bed after putting it away.

After months of being stalked, Shelley went to the police with photos and a trainee police officer was assigned to help her.
