Yeah, it does. Obviously what he did at Connaught, to take a side like Connaught to win at the Pro 12 was exceptional and I think around the world he was kind of sought after as a coach and Bristol had to pay a fair bit of money I think to get him over to to

Ashton Gate but already there you can see his development of the play and the players are signing that's

okay that that's financial but also they know that he's

built and building a culture and a team that is going to go very far and as I

think Pat has said he wants to be winning the Champions Cup and I think that he generally believes that and you speak to any of the players and I know a few of the players at Bristol that they all believe that the same as well that that team is

pat there is going to be winning trophies.

Yes, he's also got some Welsh interest in Bristol.
