pod is all by the players and well frankly their livelihoods. So many people have had to make sacrifices over the last few weeks

and this sport is not immune from those pressures. Last week it was announced that the players in Wales would take a 25% pay cut for the next three months.

So what happens then after that?

When will they play again if at all in 2020?

Well the best person to answer those and many other questions is

Barry Court. He's the chief executive of the Welsh Rugby Players Association.

Now that's the players Trade Union. You may well be in a trade union yourself and the main job of the union is to represent their members needs.

Before we get into the nitty gritty, can you tell us a little bit about what the

W.R. P. do and how it's set up? Yeah, sure. So effectively we're the trade union for the professional

players here in Wales founded back in 2003. You represent, develop, promote and protect all of our members, so the obviously 200 odd players that we've got here in Wales.
