Tony, how did you become a runner?

Okay, so I played collegiate soccer and it was my senior year.

I didn't play my senior year, but my senior year of college, I was very lost.

Like a lot of college athletes are, even if they play all four years and they usually go through this experience of okay well what do I do now um I didn't know what form of exercise

I enjoyed and so my roommates at the time some of them I played with some were in other sports
