0:05.9	Over the past week, things have definitely been keeping me busy. As you can probably hear,
0:10.8	my voice is getting stronger, and if I don't push it, and I'm not yelling, then it stays pretty good all day,
0:16.8	and I'm getting better every day, except for that shoulder. That sucker hurts, so anyone who's ever had a shoulder injury,

0:24.8	And the past week, I had an E&T appointment for my vocal cords,

0:31.7	he said I should have a full recovery of my voice
0:33.9	within the next nine months or so.

0:41.7	I's got to wish her a very happy birthday on this podcast and thank her for her help in

0:48.5	Anyway, probably the biggest itch I still have to scratch is to get back on the trail and out of town.
0:55.2	And while I'm still anchored close to home for a while longer, I did make some moves this week,
